Stefano Nigro Plumbing and Heating gets an easy 5 stars!
We had a tub/shower alcove replaced after over 40 years of use (house in N. Falmouth). I contacted other plumbers in the Falmouth, MA area to get estimates, but either they did not respond, responded but then never followed up or gave a ridiculously high estimate for the project. Stefano responded (email works great) promptly and gave us an estimate that was very close to what we researched this project should cost. Stefano has a BBB.org accreditation and an A rating. His work well deserves this rating. Also, he helped us line up an excellent carpentry company (Vincent Pro Carpentry) to do the trim and drywall repairs. We did the painting. We highly recommend giving Stefano a call to take a look at your project.
Note: Many other contractors never bother to return your call/inquiry about a project. The result is you end up wasting time calling, leaving messages and then waiting for them to get back to you. Stefano was very responsive and easy to work with. No time wasted with this company.

I would absolutely recommend Stefano, his work is very high quality and he is very fast, efficient, reasonable, and reliable. He set up my dryer for me and I haven’t had any issues with it, and I would absolutely ask him to come back if I had any other issues. Anyone who wants plumbing work done should definitely consider giving him a call. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Stefano came out the same day I inquired about my terrible water pressure. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my well tank and ran into town to get the parts to fix everything. This is above and beyond the typical service you receive on the Cape. I can finally wash my hair again! I am so thankful for Stefano and his quick response and detailed work.
